Hotel Abhinandan Mathura, Mathura

The hotel was like a dharamshala, even worse than what we see in pics, and the rooms were not clean. The service had some issues with different staff members attending, adding extra items to the bill, and serving tasteless and overly spicy food. However, all staff were very helpful. The location, though noisy being on NH2, was very convenient for everyone. In terms of dining, I expected more considering my booking. The overall facilities were lacking. Basic amenities were missing or unsatisfactory.
